Join Radius Residential Partners at Edgehill Rocks in Nashville Saturday
Looking for worthwhile weekend plans in Nashville? Join Radius Residential Partners Saturday at Edgehill Rocks, a growing annual festival and an event we’re proud to sponsor.
The celebration runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the heart of Edgehill Village on Villa Place, and it’s stocked with entertainment, food, drinks, fun for kids and more. Added good news: It’s free to attend.
For the adults: lots of shopping options, including local businesses representing a mix of neighborhoods and markets — like handmade jewelry company Doxahlogy from East Nashville, Green Hills-based men’s grooming line Tame the Beast, The Nations-based clothing brand Fashionable and many, many others.
For the kids: crafts, story time and other fun arranged by Gymboree Play and Music in Green Hills.
For everyone: a cast of Nashville’s favorite food trucks, including Cousins Maine Lobster and The Grilled Cheeserie (which now also has a brick-and-mortar shop in rapidly changing Hillsboro Village), plus a stacked schedule of live music that ranges from bluegrass and country to jazz, soul and R&B.
If you’re new to Nashville, Edgehill Rocks is a perfect opportunity to explore a part of town that’s grown fiercely over the past few years — once the sprawling home of a commercial cleaning company, Edgehill Village is now a redeveloped and reimagined hub of dining and shopping, with businesses like upscale Mexican restaurant Taco Mamacita, design and lifestyle boutique Kore, Legato Gelato, craft cocktail bar Old Glory and lots more. It’s busy and fun, and a great example of positive adaptive reuse/urban renewal in Nashville.
The village is a business cluster you can take easy advantage of living in a bunch of Nashville neighborhoods too — from the historic Edgehill neighborhood itself to Belmont, The Gulch, Wedgewood-Houston and others.
Along with being an afternoon of good food and shopping and free entertainment, Edgehill Rocks is an event that benefits the surrounding community — funds raised go to the Organized Neighbors of Edgehill, a not-for-profit group that’s been working to improve the Edgehill neighborhood and the lives of the people who call it home for nearly 50 years. We’re proud to be playing a part in an event that supports a Nashville neighborhood we love. Our team will be on-site sharing prizes, including free drinks that are snuggled up inside our custom-made Radius Residential Partners boot koozies, a.k.a. boozies.
Stop by and see us at our booth — we’d be thrilled to catch up with old friends and clients and meet new ones, answer questions about Nashville real estate and hand you some gifts.
